Who we are
Midmetro Enterprises is a general supplies and trading company based in Naivasha, serving clients throughout Nakuru County and the surrounding region.
We started by solving a simple problem for local contractors: too much time lost chasing three different suppliers for one delivery. Today we hold relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers across several categories, so a single order can cover materials, hardware and consumables in one go.
The business is small enough that you deal with the same people every time, and organised enough that your paperwork is right the first time.
How an order works

1. You send the list
A bill of quantities, a photo of a handwritten list, or a message describing what you need. Whatever is quickest for you.

2. We quote
Itemised pricing with lead times, sent back the same working day wherever stock allows.

3. We deliver
Goods arrive on the agreed date with a delivery note. You check the load before signing.

4. We invoice
One invoice per delivery, formatted for your accounts or procurement office.
What we hold ourselves to
Honest lead times. If something will take a week, we say a week. A realistic date is worth more to your programme than an optimistic one.
Traceable goods. We buy from established suppliers and can tell you where a product came from.
Clean documentation. Quotations, delivery notes and invoices that pass an audit without a follow-up phone call.
No surprise pricing. The quoted figure is the invoiced figure unless you change the order.
